Attendance Terms & Conditions

Welcome to our course offerings! Please read the following Attendance Terms & Conditions carefully to ensure a smooth and enjoyable learning experience. By enrolling in any of our courses, you agree to abide by these terms.

1. Course Enrollment

To proceed with the course, a minimum of 10 seats must be booked. If fewer than 10 seats are booked, enrolled candidates will be automatically rescheduled to the next available course date.

– Minimum Enrollment: A course will only proceed if at least 10 participants are enrolled. If the minimum number is not met, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the course.
– Enrollment Deadline: Enrollments must be completed before the specified deadline to guarantee a seat.

2. Rescheduling Policy

We understand that schedules may change. If the minimum number of enrollments is not reached, we reserve the right to reschedule the course.

– Rescheduling Right: We can reschedule the course up to three times within a 6-month period to accommodate the minimum enrollment.
– Course Date Flexibility: Participants will be notified of any rescheduling, and they may attend the course on any of the rescheduled dates.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are not applicable if the course is canceled or does not proceed due to the minimum enrollment not being met, as outlined in these Attendance Terms & Conditions.

– Non-refundable: If the course is canceled or does not proceed, participants will not receive a refund. However, they are eligible to attend any future rescheduled dates as per our rescheduling policy.
– Refund Eligibility: Refunds will only be issued if the course is canceled by us for reasons other than insufficient enrollment, in which case the participant may choose to attend a future course or request a refund.

4. Attendance and Participation

– On-time Attendance: It is essential that participants arrive on time for each session. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any participant arriving late, depending on the course format and the nature of the session.
– Missed Classes: If you miss a class due to personal reasons, you may attend another rescheduled date within the same course offering, based on availability.
– Active Participation: Active participation in discussions, activities, and assessments is encouraged. If the course includes assignments or exams, they must be submitted by the deadlines.

5. Cancellation of Course by Participant

If you wish to cancel your enrollment:

– Notice Period: You must notify us at least 72 hours before the course start date to be eligible for rescheduling to another course date.
– Cancellation After Deadline: If you cancel after the deadline, the course fee will not be refunded, and rescheduling may be subject to availability.

6. General Terms

– Course Materials: All course materials will be provided digitally or physically, depending on the course structure.
– Course Access: Access to the course materials and platform will be granted after successful enrollment and payment.
– Updates to Terms & Conditions: We reserve the right to update or modify these Attendance Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to enrolled participants.
