The available recognition pathways include:

Plan A – Program Endorsement: Independent professional endorsement of programmes.

Plan B – Professional Recognition Framework: Builds upon Plan A by adding co-branded certificates, membership, membership cards, registration, verification and institutional recognition.

Application and Review

Submitting an application does not guarantee endorsement, recognition, membership, registration, partnership or approval.

Each application is subject to professional review. Academy IQC Vienna may request additional documents, explanations, corrections, interviews or other information before making a decision.

Academy IQC Vienna may accept, reject, defer or request changes to an application based on:

Applicant Responsibilities

Applicants agree to:

  • Have appropriate authority to apply on behalf of the organisation, programme, trainer or professional concerned
  • Submit only documents that they are authorised to provide
  • Notify Academy IQC Vienna of material changes affecting the application or recognised programme
  • Cooperate with reasonable review and verification requests
  • Use certificates, logos, membership cards, registration numbers and verification materials only as authorised in writing
  • Avoid false, misleading, exaggerated or unauthorised claims concerning the meaning or scope of recognition

Scope of Recognition

Recognition applies only to the organisation, programme, trainer or professional expressly identified in the written approval or agreement.

Recognition is not automatically transferable to another organisation, branch, programme, partner, trainer or individual.

The precise scope, duration, fees, renewal conditions, permitted branding, certificate arrangements and responsibilities of the parties will be defined in a separate written proposal, agreement or cooperation document.

Use of Names, Logos and Recognition Materials

Applicants may not use the Academy IQC Vienna name, IQC Vienna identity, logos, certificate designs, membership cards, registration numbers, QR codes or other recognition materials without written approval.

Approved materials must be used only:

  • For the approved organisation, programme, trainer or professional
  • During the approved recognition period
  • In accordance with applicable branding and usage instructions
  • Without alteration, misleading presentation or unauthorised transfer

Suspension or Withdrawal

Academy IQC Vienna may suspend, restrict, refuse to renew or withdraw recognition where:

  • False, incomplete or misleading information has been provided
  • Recognition materials, certificates, logos or verification records are misused
  • The recognised programme or organisation materially changes without notification
  • Agreed quality, contractual, payment or cooperation requirements are not maintained
  • The applicant breaches these Terms and Conditions or an applicable agreement
  • Continued recognition could damage the integrity, credibility or reputation of the recognition framework

Where appropriate, the applicant may be given an opportunity to explain or correct the issue before a final decision is made.

Registration and Verification Records

Where recognition is approved, Academy IQC Vienna may maintain limited registration and verification information to confirm the authenticity and current status of certificates, memberships, registration numbers or recognition records.

Verification information may include the name, programme title, registration or certificate number, issue date, validity period and current status.

Important Recognition Disclaimer

European Professional Recognition provided by Academy IQC Vienna is an independent institutional and professional recognition framework.

It does not constitute:

  • Governmental or statutory recognition
  • European Union accreditation or official European Union approval
  • Academic accreditation or nostrification
  • Recognition by a public authority or regulated professional body
  • A licence or legal authorisation to practise a regulated profession
  • A guarantee of employment, immigration status, professional licensing, market access or acceptance by another organisation

Where a profession is regulated, the applicant or participant remains responsible for contacting the competent authority in the relevant country and completing any official recognition, registration or licensing procedure required by law.


10. Refunds and Cancellations
